Le ruote con anello poliuretanico sono da destinare principalmente ad uso interno mentre quelle pneumatiche ad uso esterno e per tutti gli altri usi specifici.

GARANZIA:

I nostri prodotti sono coperti da garanzia per tutti i difetti di fabbrica fino a 12 mesi dall'acquisto

Le ruote grandi e piccole, pneumatiche e poliuretaniche come pure le forcelle e gli assi di fissaggio costruiti dalla Tre Emme Manufatti sono stati prodotti per una velocità max di 6 km/h.
Le ruote 3.00-8 e 260x85 se abbinate in una carrozzina a motore possono essere garantite per una velocità max di 15 km/h.

Per quanto riguarda la portata di tutti i ns. componenti si prega di attenersi alle specifiche riportate a catalogo. La portata dichiarata si riferisce comunque al peso sostenibile dal prodotto in condizione statica.

COPPIA DI SERRAGGIO CONSIGLIATA

Il fissaggio dei ns. componenti è stabilito nei seguenti valori a seconda del tipo di vite usata:

• vite da 8mm 30/35 Nm
• vite da 10mm 30/40 Nm
• vite da 12mm 45/50 Nm

• Zincatura 8 – 10 µm
• Cromatura 10 – 12 µm
• Anodizzazione 8 – 12 µm
• Anodizzazione dura 70 – 110 µm
• Verniciatura 60 – 110 µm

USEFUL TECHNICAL INFO

Polyurethanic wheels are to be used mainly indoor, instead pn wheels outdoors and for all further specific employments.

GUARANTY:

Our products are 12 months guaranteed for every manufactory defect.

Big and small wheels, pneumatic or polyurethanic as well as the forks and fixing axis produced by Tre Emme Manufatti are manufactured for a max speed of 6 km/h.
The wheels mounting pneus 3.00-8 and 260x85 assembled onto a power wheelchair are guaranteed for a max speed of 15 km/h.

Concerning the weight capacity of all our wheels and forks you are kindly asked to look at the sepcifications stated in our catalogue. In any case the declared weight capacity is meant as the weight supported by a product in static condition.

The fixing of our products is made as by the following values and depends on the kind of screw us

• 8mm screw 30/35Nm

• 10mm screw 30/40Nm

• 12mm screw 45/50Nm

• Zinc – plating 8 – 10 µm
• Chromating 10 – 12 µm
• Anodization 8 – 12 µm
• Hard Anodization 70 – 110 µm
• Painting 60 – 110 µm
