In ogni pagina troverete una immagine relativa al prodotto in questione, una descrizione dettagliata delle sue caratteristiche tecniche ed una tabella riportante il "Codice di riferimento" (sulla colonna a sinistra in tutte le tabelle), seguito da tutte le specifiche dimensionali e di portata del prodotto in questione. Quando necessario troverete pure disegni e schemi tecnici indispensabili per capire la corretta funzionalità dei nostri prodotti.

Il sistema di Codifica così proposto identifica il prodotto standard Tre Emme Manufatti appositamente pensato e studiato per garantire il più alto standard qualitativo, estetico e funzionale.

E’ comunque nostra massima priorità dare a tutti i clienti la possibilità di personalizzare il prodotto scelto al fine di consentire una diversificazione e configurazione eterogenea a seconda dei gusti e delle singole esigenze.

Per questo su molte pagine-prodotto potrete trovare la dicitura "Alternative" cui farà seguito l’elenco (con relativi links) di tutto ciò che può eventualmente essere scelto a piacimento differentemente da quanto proposto da Tre Emme Manufatti.

Questo sistema consentirà di trasformare un prodotto Tre Emme Manufatti nel "Vostro prodotto", dando la possiblità ad ogni cliente di realizzare, ove possibile, un articolo che risponda appieno a tutte le caratteristiche ricercate.

Per es relativamente ad una ruota "Top Light" indicherete: "T24A+S595P+AAL24" qualora vogliate ordinare la ruota standard 24x1 in alluminio anodizzato argento così com’è proposta ed indicata a catalogo; se invece desiderate che la ruota "T24A+S595P+AAL24" abbia il mozzo nero con fori-cuscinetto da ½", dal link "Mozzi" indicato nelle riga relativa alle "Alternative" andrete a scegliere il codice "M41N" che provvederete ad indicare nell’ordine in aggiunta al codice della ruota, o a parte specificando che trattasi di variante scelta per la ruota ordinata. Per es "T24A-M41N+S595P+AAL24" oppure "T24A+S595P+AAL24 con variante M41N".

La stessa logica esemplificata per le ruote, dovrà essere adottata per tutta la gamma di prodotti Tre Emme Manufatti qualora si intenda utilizzare qualcuna delle "Alternative" proposte per i nostri prodotti.

The codes of our articles are completely different from the past ones!New article codes are modular type: you can make the final code by yourself, for instance:

look at the picture about sport utility wheels, you choose the golden rim code 60275 then, if you want the tubular tyre, you just have to add its code S590, so: 60275 + S590.
The rubbers, push – rims and hubs choice is available by pressing the corresponding buttons on the page you are consulting.
If you need a hard anodized 70 µm push - rim you will order : 60275+S590+ADL24.
If you don’t want the displayed hub (big flanges) and prefer another one you press the button " mozzi – hubs" and choose one of them. Your previous wheel with an alu drum brake hub (MFT100) will become : 602MFT100+S590+ADL24

Ordering a small wheel will be easier because every small wheel displayed has its single code and it is supplied complete as you see it from the picture. For instance , the code 210DINS79 corresponds to the pn wheel 210x65 with decomposable disks and pur insert (look at page about small wheels with decomposable disks and the picture of pur insert).

About the forks you will order through the modular codes as for the big wheels. First you choose the fork base you need, for example 1602753 which is a black alu fork – height 160 mm. – width 27 mm. and bearings distance 53 mm.
Then you may need the fixing system! You press the available buttons and look at all possibilities.
The code 1602753+PBQR1 is the above described fork complete with an alu support h47 mm. to be weld and with accessories for Q.R. system.

All further components/accessories have their single code which can be used either to combine them with some other base–codes or to order them alone as spare-parts.
Except for the pneumatics for the big wheel sizes : when you have to combine the rubber with the chosen rim you then have to take the correspondent code as a set ( tyre + tube) which is identified by a "S" + numerical code.
In case you need a tyre or tube as spare-part you have to take the spare-parts codes which you’ll find respectively at pages about "tyres spare part" and " tubes spare parts".
The tyres are identified by a "G" + numerical code; the tubes by a "C" + numerical code.
